Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer and vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, or account maintenance and set-up.
• Processing bi-monthly check runs.
• Reviewing and entering invoices and expense receipts into the accounting system.
• Reconciling vendor statements.
• Processing work orders daily in the property management system.
• Sending monthly statements to all receivable accounts.
• Administering necessary collection efforts.
• Reviewing and updating all credit applications.
• Verifying all travel commissions are accurate.
• Daily bank runs.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Experience Needed:

• Strong customer service experience.
• Knowledge of collection laws and etiquette.
• Fast and accurate data entry.
• Able to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Property management system experience a plus!

Minimum Requirements:

• College degree in accounting preferable.
• Two years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Accounting Clerk duties.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work with a team or alone.

Payrate is determined by the amount of experience each candidate brings to our company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
