Overview:

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide assistance in locating products
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Upsell additional items or services to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store or electronics environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of technology products and willingness to learn about new products
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
