Krucial Rapid Response is Hiring a Recruitment Manager Near Lenexa, KS

Krucial Rapid Response is a non-profit corporation that provides contract and direct hire staffing services for healthcare facilities nationwide. We specialize in emergency response and rapid deployments, but also provide staffing assistance during situations when our partners need additional support.

Job Summary: The Recruiting Manager is responsible for overseeing order fulfillment for all clients of Krucial Rapid Response in managing the sourcing and pre-qualifying of clinical and non-clinical reservists and placing them in contract assignments given by clients of Krucial Rapid Response, which match their desired career goals, skillset, and destination.

* PRIOR HEALTHCARE RECRUITING and STAFFING AGENCY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

* LEADERSHIP/SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE OVER A LARGE GROUP OF RECRUITERS REQUIRED.

* Candidates must be willing to work onsite at our Lenexa, KS Headquarters location, as this is NOT a remote position.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and assess incoming orders and place clinical and non-clinical candidates for contract and direct hire positions
  • Create/implement process for order fulfillment, including identifying the number of personnel needed to fill orders, recruitment method, and resources needed including personnel, technologies, and marketing tools
  • Maintain oversight and ensure all recruiting efforts are exhausted for assigned orders
  • Oversee the collection of credentials and maintain candidate compliance in adherence with organization and/or client credentialing requirements
  • Build and alter pay packages within predetermined company revenue margins that are competitive and in alignment with candidate needs
  • Oversee recruitment functions and assign tasks to Recruiters focused on increasing order fill rate and ensuring balance in team workloads
  • Serve as internal liaison for various departments’ needs and inquiries in relation to order fulfillment process
  • Monitor time and attendance of Recruitment team
  • Monitor and report on Recruitment team’s performance and metrics
  • Maintain schedules of clinical and non-personnel on local and travel contracts within ATS
  • Provide training and counsel to Recruitment team as needed
  • Stay informed of recruiting trends and best practices while maintaining industry specific knowledge

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems/applications
  • Strong supervisory skills over a large group of direct reports
  • Effective communication, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions where necessary for this role
  • Experience with various interview methods and knowledge of basic legal guidelines for hiring processes
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective, collaborative teams
  • Ability to motivate and coach team members and analyze operational opportunities for improvement
  • Experience with developing talent within the team through training and leading by example

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree desired; Min. HS Diploma/GED and all other required yrs experience
  • 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience required
  • 5 years recruiting in a healthcare industry required
  • Staffing agency experience required
