Long Established Bay Area Builder seeks Assistant Project Manager.

General Duties :

• Project set up including creation of project billing spreadsheets, entering budgets, creating and organizing job folders.
• Maintain cloud project files in OneDrive and Buildertrend.
• Provide support to project managers as needed, including creating change orders and purchase orders, updating billing spreadsheets, ordering materials, and communicating with subcontractors to obtain estimates.
• Completion of application forms and assembly of permit application packages.
• Some general office duties as needed.

Required:

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office apps, especially Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn new software including project management software and estimating software
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken

Highly Desirable:

• A degree or degree in progress in a construction related field such as construction management, architecture or engineering or equivalent experience.
