Responsibilities

• Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as requested.
• Assisting clients with bill payments and filing claims.
• Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.
• Responding to queries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Assisting with clients with car rentals and cleaning rental cars.
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.

Requirement

• 1 years insurance experience, independent agency experience a plus.
• Ability to close sales and overcome objections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in computers and technology.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
