Looking for a reliable porter to clean several small buildings around SE DC daily. Reliable transportation is a must, all cleaning equipment will be provided and/or will be reimbursed.

Light maintenance may be requested but the Employer has a full time maintenance staff. If the candidate performs cleanings and can help out with maintenance calls with proficiency and reliably we will compensate more.
