Job Overview

KT Waterfront is a premier custom dock builder on Lake LBJ and the Highland Lakes. We are seeking a Full-time Bookkeeping Manager to manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions of the organization utilizing QuickBooks as well as payroll functions on Gusto.

Responsibilities of Bookkeeping Manager

· Process all accounts payable using QuickBooks by timely and accurately posting to the proper accounts.

· Process all accounts receivable through QuickBooks including estimates, invoicing, receiving and posting payments accurately to the correct account.

· Maintain A/R aging reports, call and email past due customers.

· Verify all transactions are recorded appropriately in order to ensure accurate financial records and balance all accounts through QuickBooks.

· Run payroll weekly utilizing the Gusto payroll system.

· Maintain time and attendance system through Busy Busy. Train all employees on Busy Busy and help with the day to day issues.

· Maintain up to date Subcontractor Agreements and proper documentation.

· Maintain current contract draw schedules.

· Help to maintain accurate pricing.

· Create and provide reports and any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Bookkeeping Manager

· Must be friendly and customer service oriented.

· Proven bookkeeping experience with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles utilizing QuickBooks.

· Must be a self-starter and must have strong problem-solving abilities.

· Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Google products.

· Must be capable of multi-tasking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
