ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Consultative Selling understand the client's business and create/identify new opportunities
2. Primarily creating new and growth sales for delivery of solutions meeting a wide variety of customer needs for various product solutions.
3. Engage with prospect business to position solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI
4. Drive the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Technical Sales Consultants, Overlay Sales, Principal Architect, Professional Services, Partners, etc.
5. Maintain contacts at different hierarchical levels of customer organizations to deliver, identify and drive business-oriented solutions for the customer
6. Create a strategic account plan to develop an in-depth network within business customers and to spot opportunities at their earliest stage
7. Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
8. Be part of senior management reviews for the performance metrics of the account relationship.
9. Collaborate with multiple service lines, innovation teams and business teams within our client team to formulate a business plan and execute it for the account relationship.
10. Have a complete understanding of the relationship position within the account.
11. Be responsible for execution and customer satisfaction in all the revenue portfolios within the account.
OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Experience selling technology into the Telecom/Media/Tech industry/Airline/Retail
2. Experience selling to the C-suite (all lines of business)
3. Experience building a business case and delivering ROI
4. Ability to strategize with a large extended team
