As an HR Tech Platform Service Recruitment Specialist, you will:
  • Discover and implement cutting-edge candidate sourcing and processes, acting as the expert who finds the best talent.
  • Design and identify multi-job posting API integration options, creating seamless connections between job boards and our platform.
  • Execute integration with third-party ATS and HCM, ensuring smooth and efficient integration with applicant tracking systems and human capital management tools.
Your Role Will Also Involve
  • Optimizing HR recruiting services, streamlining and enhancing our recruiting processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Leading RPA implementation by automating routine HR tasks using Robotic Process Automation, making processes smarter and more efficient.
Requirements
  • Background in Tech and/or HR.
  • Expertise in API Rest, XML feeds, RPA, and digital skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior HR experience is a valuable plus.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Resilient to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
  • Proactive in taking initiative.
