Position Overview
The ideal candidate(s) will provide support to the professional event staff during departmental events and performances of the University Theatre and University Dance Company by serving as house managers and / or box office staff.
Job Description
Duties will include answering phones, selling tickets, supervising volunteer ushers, assisting with patron accessibility and safety, and other tasks as assigned.
Must be able to work in an often fast-paced and changing environment. Must be punctual and reliable. Hours will be assigned based on the event schedule and employee availability.
May be asked to cover last-minute shifts due to illness or schedule changes.
Required Qualifications
Student Hourlies may be undergraduate or graduate students. (Exceptions granted for GTA / GRA / GA appointments DO NOT apply to Student Hourly appointments)
