JOB DESCRIPTION:

SAP Business Partner Finance or Controlling
Reports To: Chief Finance Officer (CIO) with a dotted line to the Controller.
Client has started its transformation journey towards implementation of SAP S4 Hana system
and is looking to hire a business partner to act as liaison between Business and System
Integrator (SI). The SAP Business Partner (BP) has the overall responsibility to serve as the
strategic interface with business and SI for the purpose of understanding business requirements
and collaborating with SI for S4 implementation with primary focus and expert knowledge in
finance and controlling disciplines. BP will also work with cross functional and Corporate IT and
ensure that deliverables are met as per the project plan.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive successful completion of S4 project by providing direction and collaborating with
business, SI and Corporate IT.
Define and/or understand the Company s business requirements, processes and
objectives to scope project and deliverables, and provide tactical and strategic
roadmaps and SAP S4 HANA solutions to meet the current and long-term needs and
expectations of business functions.
Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills working with leaders and
key internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver best practice S4 Hana
solutions that are scalable to all client group companies.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
10 years of relevant Sap Business Partner experience preferably with at least two S4
project life cycle implementation.
Strong knowledge of SAP finance modules such as GL,AP, AR, Assets, Banking and
Treasury, FSCM and integration with 3rd party systems.
Expert understanding on integration of the various components within the Financial
Accounting (FI) module such as General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR),
Accounts Payable (FI-AP), New Asset Accounting (FI-AA New), Financial Supply Chain
Management (FSCM), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Treasury
Management (TRM), as well as their integration with other SAP Modules
Deep understanding on the integration of the components within the Management
Accounting (CO) module such as Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Cost Center Accounting
(CCA), Order Related Accounting (OPA), Account Based Profitability Analysis (ABCOPA),
Project Systems (PS), Product Costing, and Material Ledger, as well as their integration
with other SAP Modules.
