As we continue to grow and expand our presence, we are seeking an experienced and customer focused Parts Coordinator to join our Kubota of Temecula team.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for facilitating smooth operations within the parts department, including receiving, storing, and distributing parts, as well as offering expert support to customers in selecting the right parts for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist customers and technicians in locating and selecting the correct parts.

· Provide pricing information and availability of parts.

· Process parts orders and handle returns or exchanges.

· Place orders for parts and supplies as needed

· Track and follow up on open orders.

· Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

· Organize and store parts in an orderly manner.

· Reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends.

· Ensure all parts meet quality standards and specifications

· Identify and report any damaged or defective parts.

· Maintain a clean and organized parts department.

· Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

· Must have at least 2 years of previous parts/service experience.

· Experience and knowledge of the equipment rental industry or equipment dealership is a plus.

· Ability to work with inventory management software and MS Office applications.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
