Your Responsibilities
- Directly manage key accounts in line with agreed targets and company guidelines.
- Understand and navigate customer organizations, decision-making processes, and business environments.
- Negotiate rates and service contracts, ensuring all commercial requirements are documented.
- Utilize your expert knowledge of our vertical service offerings.
- Adhere to our sales management processes and maintain accurate updates in our customer relationship management systems.
- Monthly performance metrics and take immediate corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, reviewed and approved by sales managers.
- Ensure seamless transition of new business into operations.
- Conduct regular review sessions with customers to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of Global Account Sales experience
- Experience with logistics processes and solutions
