Our Ashburn branch is looking for a new Logistics & Inventory Control Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.

Your Role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all aspects of the warehouse functions including the receiving, storing, handling, shipping and preparing of product for customer delivery while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.

Your Responsibilities

• Receive shipments of equipment, servers, routers, racking and follow receiving procedures. Store all assets properly. and inventory them into the Q-trak inventory system and other agreed upon Morgan Stanley internal systems
• Work in Q-trak operating system using inventory system
• Maintain all asset inventory records for the site and conduct regular reporting
• Identify any damages to shipments when received and follow escalation procedures immediately.
• Quick resources to follow packing procedures noted in the packing procedures for IT equipment for all loose equipment.
• This role requires a flexible schedule (extended hours or evenings, weekends and holidays as required).
• Report to Data Center Regional Manager

Your Skills and Experiences

• 1-3 years of related warehouse experience
• 6 months of Customer Service experience
• High School diploma or GED required with equivalent work experience

00 and $24.00. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.
