Kuehne + Nagel is Hiring a Quality Auditor Team Lead - 2nd Shift Near Union, GA

Your Role In this role you will report to a Supervisor and have general responsibility for coordinating and leading daily auditing and inspections before shipment. Your typical schedule will be Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, and will be paid weekly at $26.24 per hour. Your Responsibilities
Lead a team of Quality Auditors
Ensure processes are followed to ensure accuracy and that quality standards are met
Follow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations
Identify non-conformances and make recommendations to improve processes
Monitor quality of outgoing shipments
Establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
Resolve discrepancies or escalate according to process
Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
Work overtime and weekends when needed
Other responsibilities as assigned
Your Skills And Experiences
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of warehouse experience in a full-time quality role such as Quality Auditor, Quality Specialist, or Quality Inspector
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
Basic technical and math skills
Can lift up to 50 pounds
