You will provide leadership, direction and monitor the Performance of the local Customer Care team.
High Level Monitoring of Sea Logistics Operational Care Center Team.
You will oversee staffing and selection decisions, allocate resources and manages project assignments, as necessary.
Close cooperation with the Customer Care Location Manager as well as Sea Logistics operations (Operational Care Center) for an enhanced customer experience.
Profit Maximization – avoid additional costs & expenses due to internal service failure.
Financial Excellence & Development.
You will pro-actively participate in customer visits / meetings as needed and in conjunction with local/Area sales personnel.
Manage Customer retention & seek for organic growth opportunities & new Business opportunities.
