Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Lead/Barista. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, sales management, and team leadership in a retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
- Assist in managing sales activities and achieving sales targets
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team
- Monitor and maintain inventory control procedures
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Assist in implementing promotional strategies to drive sales
- Help with pricing strategies and product placement
- Support recruitment, training, and development of staff

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role
- Strong background in sales management and team leadership
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
- Proficiency in inventory control procedures
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent selling, communication, and organizational skills

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

• Guest services: 3 years (Preferred)
• Barista experience: 2 years (Preferred)
