Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Coordinator at Kung Fu Tea in New York, NY. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing legal documents, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining communication with clients and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Satisfaction abilities
• Experience in data-entry, office production and time management
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Office Hours: 9am to 5:30pm or 10am to 6pm

Position: Entry-level, corporate position

Salary: $45,000 (possible of salary increase after 1 year/ employee performance evaluation)
