We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team. ```Duties```
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Assist with case management and discharge planning
- Perform phlebotomy and other specimen collection procedures
- Administer tube feedings as needed
- Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments
```Requirements```
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Virginia/Compact-Multi State
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required
```Compensation```
- Pay: $30/hr - $1,080 weekly taxed
- Stipend: $1,224 weekly stipend
