Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Work Location: On-Site not remoteDescription:Conducts a wide range of training activities for internal employees, as well as, work with other team members to develop and maintain training-related material. Identify training needs, create training plans, and deploy effective training programs to improve employees’ skills, productivity, and quality of work. They assess training program effectiveness, manage training budgets, and stay updated on training trends to ensure the organization’s training initiatives are aligned with business goals and employee development needs. Responsible for working with the support, sales, marketing and IT departments to determine where additional client training material is needed.
  • Responsible for writing and updating training related documentation and training videos.
  • Provide classroom training for internal employees based on development plans.
  • Communicating with management, trainers and team members to ensure that all needs are met
  • Search for gaps in training content and materials that need updating to generate higher productivity and safety among staff
  • Maintain tracking of training and progress to goal for organization
  • Ability to travel occasional traveling for training or implementation purposes - 15%
Requirements:
  • 2 years of training experience
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)B.S. or B.A. degree from accredited university or related experience
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Effective customer service skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain a positive and productive working relationship with internal audiences
  • Basic Computer Skills. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

  • Comfortable presenting to groups up to 50 people
  • Demonstrates ability to set goals, take action and achieve goals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Able to manage difficult or complex situations and people with tact, confidence and diplomacy
  • Personal qualities that reflect professionalism in appearance and behavior at all time
  • Able to function independently with a minimum of structure
  • Able to resolve problems and concerns related to tasks, projects and assignments in a timely and appropriate manner
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stoop, kneel or crouch stand, walk on a frequent and prolonged basis
  • Ability to use a computer for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to use visual and auditory skills on a daily basis
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. with equipment assistance
