Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team located in Davie, FL.
The Level 1 Quality Inspector is responsible for daily IQC, OQC and return inspections and inspection report creation from necessary inspections. Perform random audits within quality and other departments, record and keep accurate data. Communicate with supervisor and team leader. Perform any additional duties as assigned.

The Level 1 Quality Inspector is responsible for daily IQC, OQC and return inspections and inspection report creation from necessary inspections. Perform random audits within quality and other departments, record and keep accurate data. Communicate with supervisor and team leader. Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect standard parts using a multimeter, waveform machine, calipers, visual inspection, and other tools.
- Recording the total quantity of parts inspected as well as the number of passes and failures per batch.
- Creating a detailed report of the results for the inspections completed.
- Find and process the inspection in the SAP system.
- Relay information regarding completed tasks and inspections to supervisor and team leader.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Able to learn on the job and be a reliable Team Player, in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Multimeter- Testing resistance and voltage units (including units with alarms).
- Gauge Testing Machine- All types of gauges.
- Enter accurate data in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.
- Processing inspection lots in SAP.
- Use and understand Waveform Machine inspections.
- Perform inspections using the KUS-made white CAN BOX.
- SPC
- This Job position involves a certain amount of manual handling and some dexterity (Candidate should be able to lift packaging boxes up to approx. 50lbs.
- Ability to move boxes up to 50lbs.
- Occasionally required to walk, sit, utilize hand and finger dexterity, climb, balance, bend, stoop, or kneel.
- Continually work near moving mechanical parts.
- Frequently work in high, precarious places.
- Work in a warehouse environment (Fans but no AC)
- Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions and exposure to extreme heat or cold.
