Kustom US is seeking a Residential Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for combining the process of executing the scanning process and sales.

You will be equipped with the latest technology and work with the Estimator to provide an interactive 3D model of disaster affected properties.

As such, you will also play an integral role in ensuring project efficiency, quality, and profitability while supporting your team.

Position Type : Full Time, Mid-Level

Hourly Pay Range : $50K-55K, Negotiable; depending on experience. Commission

Schedule : 40 hours a week

Core Responsibilities :

• Utilize Matterport to scan disaster affected properties and produce 3D models.
• Capture comprehensive photos and work with an Estimator to provide a detailed visual account of the damage.
• Initiate and nurture engagements with prospects.
• Become well versed in all residential services we have to offer and employ effective sales strategies to further business.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns with informed and reassuring answers to meet Kustom’s quality dedication and client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Construction of Insurance Background a plus
• Proven expertise operating a Matterport for precise property scanning, aligning with Kustom’s stringent quality expectations.
• Stellar sales and closing commitments skillset.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
