Kustom US is looking for an EXPERIENCED Project Manager in California to join our team! In this role, you are the liaison between stakeholders, Project Director, and on-site operations. You will support the Project Director in ensuring all projects are executed within the proposed timeframe, budget, and in adherence to safety protocols. Position Type: Full Time, Mid-Level
Pay Range: $75K-100K, Negotiable; depending on experience.
Incentives: Eligible for commission based off Gross Profit, as well as Sales & Marketing.
Schedule: 40 hours a week
Core Responsibilities

• Forge nurture positive relationships with all project stakeholders and maintain open lines of communication.
• Ensure clear, timely, and transparent communication, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project’s lifecycle.
• Accurately order materials and schedule internal crews along with subcontractors.
• Meticulously document project progression and provide updates/reports to the Project Director.
• Regularly review and monitor project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
• Ensure complete closure of projects and prep for final invoicing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3-years of experience in construction and/or restoration required.
• Ability to interpret project-related documents, including scopes of work and blueprints.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
