Education Requirements:
Associate’s degree in nursing required. BSN preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
License as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kansas. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Experience Requirements:
At least two years of prior experience or equivalent training in psychiatric nursing required. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
The Associate Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) for Camber Children’s Mental Health (CCMH) serves as part of the hospital leadership team as the Nursing Department representative to improve and innovate programs. The ADON serves as a liaison between Director of Integrated Services, Clinical Services and nursing and clinical staff establishing standards of nursing care and practice and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients/families in accordance with legal and hospital policies and procedures.
