Join Our Team at KVC Missouri Residential Treatment Facility

Location: Columbia, MO

Compensation: Starting salary is $77,000, with final compensation determined by licensure and experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Clinical Director to join our team in Columbia, MO. This is a unique opportunity to impact the lives of youth and families positively.

As a Residential Clinical Director, you will:

  • Lead therapeutic services within our acute hospital and residential program.
  • Collaborate with Psychiatry and Utilization Review departments.
  • Assist staff in providing evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
  • Offer some therapy services.
  • Engage in community outreach and referral development.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Licensure/Certification:

  • LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
  • Proficiency with EHR, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
