Pay: $48,000-$54,000 annually

About the Role:

As a Transitional Living Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping young adults transition from the structured environment of residential treatment to independent living. Your leadership and expertise will guide them towards self-sufficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership: Oversee and manage our transitional living program, ensuring it is aligned with the needs of young adults facing acute emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Individualized Support: Provide personalized guidance to program participants, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve independence.
  • Life Skill Development: Create and implement workshops and activities focused on financial literacy, job readiness, housing, and other crucial life skills.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with counselors, therapists, and external partners to provide holistic support to young adults.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor participants' progress, adjusting program strategies as needed to ensure positive outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: bachelor’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences, such as social work, psychology, or counseling and or experience
  • Experience: Two (2) years working in a residential treatment environment
