Qualifications
- Bahelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 10 Years of IT Infrastructure management experience
- 6 years of IT Service Management
- Must have experience managing vendors
- Experience developing and maintaining frameworks and operational procedures
- Expert in data center operations, disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
- Must have a background in ITSM and ITIL
- Strong budgeting background
- Management experience
