We're seeking a dynamic Real Estate Team Leader who can propel our market center to new heights. You'll be responsible for recruiting top talent, nurturing our existing associates, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of our office.

Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Cambridge, MA; In-Office (must be within 20-minute commute)

Compensation: $80,000 base plus bonuses based on recruitment goals. Past annual compensation for the role: $200 - $300,000 per year.
