Responsibilities
•Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
•Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer's agents
•Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings
•Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
•Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
Qualifications
•Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
•Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
•Team player who believes their success is the team's success
•Currently licensed in real estate
•Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
