Responsibilities
•Identify potential buyers and discuss suitable properties according to their budget and requirements
•Prepare and submit paperwork such as purchase agreements, titles, closing documents, and rental agreements
•Participate in open houses to introduce local real estate options to possible clients
•Keep in contact with acquired leads through calls, emails, etc., and understand how to recognize successful leads
•Provide clients with excellent service and advice on sales
•Negotiate mutually-beneficial agreements between buyers and sellers
Qualifications
•Must possess a valid California Real Estate License
•Must demonstrate an enthusiastic and proactive attitude
•Must possess sound problem-solving and communication capabilities
