KW Property Management is Hiring a Floating Employee Manager Near Miami, FL

The Floater Manager is responsible for the floater department; including assigning employees to a job site each week, onboarding of the new team members to go over specific department requirements, coordinating with the department managers on the floater assignments, and processing of payroll.

  • Assists Property Managers, District Managers or Vice Presidents on day-to-day Floater-related inquiries.
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests in our ticket system and over the phone.
  • Works with third-party temp agencies on placing temporary employees at various properties.
  • Reconcile outstanding payroll items prior to processing and billing of the payroll, bi-weekly. Confirm all clock in/out items are accurate.
  • Scans and files documents for employees; and performs other clerical functions.
  • Conduct new hire training for all KWPMC Floaters.
  • Reconcile temp agency invoices weekly through Nexus Program.
  • Request IT equipment for PMs, APMs and Admin Floater and make sure they return it when they are transferred or resign.
  • Provide uniforms to new maintenance and current floaters as needed.
  • Request LYNK Access to Virtuworks for Property Managers and Admin Assistants when they work at different properties on a weekly basis.
  • Approve any time off requests.
  • Create Certify Account for new Floater members (mileage reimbursement) and approve the reimbursement in a timely manner. 

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be required to commute to a variety of locations and must be able to drive.

This is a full-time exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company.

Some travel will be required to attend company sponsored meetings and trainings.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2-3 years’ working experience in payroll required.
  • Experience in managing and supervising team members.
  • Must be able to create and interpret reports within all applications in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Valid Florida driver's license.
  • Experience with UKG (UltiPro) software a plus.
