Aqua-Leisure Recreation, LLC is a branded consumer products company serving the needs and aspirations of millions of consumers in the market for leisure and sport related aquatic products. We serve customers on a worldwide basis through a variety of sales channels including mass merchants, club, value, sporting goods, e-commerce, specialty, and distributors.
Airhead Sports, one of our brands, is looking to hire seasonal customer service representative. This CSR team member will help answer questions via phone, email and chat and help get our products out the door! Training will be provided. The schedule is first shift, Monday - Friday, starting in April.
· High call volume during peak season(s) – Product questions, parts inquiries, warranty procedures, shipment inquiries, order inquiries, etc.
· Phone Support
· Email Correspondence
· Responding to incoming faxes, warranty/parts emails, interdepartmental/external communications
· Ensures all Customer Experience SOPs are being followed
· Outbound - Follow up or respond to customers after research or troubleshooting customer inquiries
Requirements
· Prior customer support experience or work history as a Customer Service Representative.
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
· High School Diploma
