Kwik Trip is Hiring a Production Worker (2nd shift, Dairy) Near La Crosse, WI
Join our Dairy team as a Dairy Production Coworker in Ice Cream. In this role your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operating ice cream fillers and associated equipment
- Performing plant sanitation and CIP of equipment/area
- Monitoring/documenting quality standards of products
- Operating automatic palletizer and bundler system in the freezer
- Cleaning and sanitizing the ice cream plant area after production
Work Schedule: Sunday through Saturday with rotating days off working 4:00pm to 12:00am
Physical qualifications: bend/reach/twist frequently; lift/carry 32 pounds to 84 inches constantly; stand/walk up to 8-10 hours per shift constantly; lift/carry 55 pounds to waist level occasionally; push/pull 45 pounds of force occasionally.
Benefits:
- Starting rate of pay: $19.75 per hour (additional Overnight Premium Pay of $2.00 per hour for part of the shift)
- Weekend Premium Pay: additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday
- A year end cash bonus - 40% of profits shared with our coworkers
- 2 Weeks Vacation within 1st year of employment
