Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including strategic planning, business development, and process improvement. You will provide senior leadership and guidance to our team, ensuring the successful implementation of our mission and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives
- Lead and manage all operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance evaluation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members, staff, donors, and community partners
- Provide effective leadership to staff members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies to enhance the organization's visibility and impact
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
- Collaborate with board members to set policies and make informed decisions
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position in an education non-profit setting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and partnerships
- Experience in strategic planning and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of operations management principles
