```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to build relationships with customers.
```Duties```
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding customer base
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape
```Experience```
- Previous experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong knowledge of retail math and ability to perform basic calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Pay: $38,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
