It is recommended that all applicants have experience in Personal injury law experience. You should be self-motivated, pride yourself on being a great communicator, and able to interact with staff and clients professionally and ethically while producing outstanding results.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3-5 years of personal injury experience, Tennessee BAR License

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties: Maintain your own personal injury caseload and supervise others

Compensation: Draw Against Fees Earned
