Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, develop, and produce engaging podcast episodes in collaboration with our client.
• Conduct pre-interviews and research to find strategic angles for compelling narratives.
• Write and edit scripts to ensure captivating storytelling and seamless integration with social media platforms.
• Collaborate closely with production and talent teams to ensure quality content.
• Clip and prepare podcast content for optimal social media engagement.
• Maintain a high level of organization and adhere to production schedules.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in podcast production or related fields.
• Strong scriptwriting skills and ability to craft compelling narratives for audio formats.
• Excellent communication abilities and a personable nature.
• Familiarity with the digital landscape, including social media trends and integration.
• Highly organized, with a knack for juggling multiple projects.
• Residency in or near New York City, with availability for weekly onsite work.
