B2B Inside Sales Client Advisor
Some of the Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Direct/Indirect selling to the Hospitality and Residential market via phone/email (Inbound/Outbound)
-Follow Call/Email Scripts catered to the segment
- Establishing initial conversation/relationship with prospective client to assist field rep in closing opportunities
- Daily KPI including 35 Contacts minimum/handling inbound leads/managing forecast
- Assisting Field Reps with B2B activities i.e: scheduling appointments/visits
- Daily management of outbound activities i.e: external databases/prospect lists etc.
- Our experienced team member will be tasked with maximizing the schedules of their dedicated field reps by planning visits ahead of time
- Experience in telesales role is not a requirement but recommended
- Someone who is reliable to go after the business, as part of the outbound plan provided
