As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will fulfill all administrative responsibilities and adhere to policies and procedures. Display refined customer management skills to maximize customer satisfaction. Exercise personnel management skills to enhance employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Represent the organization in a business-like manner in conduct and appearance to maximize both customer and employee satisfaction.

Analyze customer and employee concerns quickly and timely. Establish appropriate course of action, set specific goals and follow-up check ins.

Works with team assisting in their training and skill development.

Reviews and manages monthly department P&L

Assists in managing supply inventory.

Responsible for continued self-development of personnel management, customer management and interpersonal skills.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

· High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

· Five to ten years prior experience.

· Writes clearly and informatively; Presents numerical data effectively.

· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

· Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions.

· Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
