Basic Function:

Operate and attend to cleaning machines as well as maintaining coating and lubricant needs. Needs to maintain good organization and cleanliness in the work area, dump grease trays, chip pans, and other housekeeping items.

The coating machines must be monitored to ensure they are up to company standards, and general maintenance needs to be performed as required.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Remove heavy manufacturing build-up.

• Operate controls of all cleaning machines.

• Utilizing all safety guidelines and standards, Adjust and maintain proper acid and soap solutions through performing daily quality control inspection of nail cleaning solutions.

• Replacing coating applicators

• Performs general maintenance as needed.

• Monitor and mix coating/lubricant substances.

• Must complete other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent

• Must have mechanical aptitude.

• 1-3 years of experience with machine cleaning is preferred.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift medium to heavyweight in supplying machines and to change fuel tank on a forklift truck.

• Must know and recognize gauges, sizes, identification codes, etc.

• Must be able to be on your feet for most of the shift.

• 100% of the time, must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

• 100% of the time, must be able to bend, lift, walk, and stand throughout the scheduled shifts.

• Must be able to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must adhere to Senco’s PPE policy.
