Responsible to: Customer Service Manager

Scope: Responsible for prompt and efficient processing of customer inquiries and transactions to assure customer satisfaction.

Basic Function: To project a quality image to the customer (the ultimate evaluator) through professional, reliable, efficient, and consistent service. Acts as a conduit between the company and the customer assisting the customer in solving problems related to customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities:

• Process oral and written orders ensuring all the required data is completed on the order for processing and the completion of the invoice process.

• Interface with other departments as required managing customer relationships; Communicating results to all internal and external customers and suppliers as required.

• Maintain reference material and pertinent information relating to products, pricing, policy, warranty, etc for effective customer query resolution Qualifications:

• High degree of tact, diplomacy, and orientation towards customer satisfaction.

• High school graduate.

• Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with international business culture.

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

• Provide accurate and timely information including required supporting documentation.

• Working knowledge of the SENCO organization.
