JOB SUMMARY:
A. Business Analyst
(1) Serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to
provide technical solutions to meet user needs; possessing expertise in the business
unit(s) they support, as well as an understanding of the IT organization’s systems and
capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
(1) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or
other related field/equivalent work experience.
(2) A minimum of three (3) years of experience of relevant technical or business work
experience.
(3) A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Rapid prototyping business flows.
(4) A minimum of five (5) years of experience in documenting requirements/ traceability
using a holistic requirements management tool.
(5) A minimum of five (5) years of system documentation experience.
(6) A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Senior Digital Business Analyst, project
management or similar role.
(7) Strong understanding of the problem space from the business perspective.
(8) Proven computer skills in Microsoft (MS) suite - Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Word,
Project, and Visio.
(9) Strong collaboration skills with the ability to lead, direct, and manage.
(10) Strong written, verbal, and analytical communication skills and the ability to interact
professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
(11) Strong analysis and documentation skills for creating end-to-end business scenarios for
the development of test cases and execution methods.
12) Government/Federal/State government project is required.
