Job DescriptionDetailed Description of Responsibilities:
· Serve as "Subject Matter Expert" related to Civil, Structural systems.
· Work with internal stakeholders to develop project criteria, scope, estimate and project schedules.
· Provide internal review of CS system drawings from outside engineering firms to support system implementation.
· Ensure compliance with related local, state, national codes, facility operations and Client standards.
· Shop drawing review, RFI processing and Kanban completion for Client systems.
· Coordination of weekend and plant shutdown work with contractors, plant facilities groups, and manufacturing groups.
· Conduct work progress inspections on a continuous basis.
Support construction administration activities related to schedule coordination, quality confirmations, weekly coordination meetings, and planned utility outages.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
1. 2 years in construction management. (Industrial/Commercial Building) - MUST HAVE
2. Experience in design criteria development for Civil Structural systems.
3. Automotive experience with engine, transmission, or vehicle facilities or similar industrial manufacturer.
4. 5 years in Civil design field.
5. Good organizational skills, communication skills, schedule management skills.
6. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project
