Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: -Assist manufacturing supervisors, trainers, and team leads in conveying instructions and engaging in meaningful conversations with Spanish-speaking employees. -Translate written work instructions, safety bulletins, and other documents from English to Spanish as needed. -Participate in meetings to provide real-time translation of discussion topics between English and Spanish. -Work closely with other team members out in the factory, ensuring effective communication between employees and supervisors. -This role will primarily be active on the factory floor, interacting directly with personnel to facilitate daily operations. Qualifications: -High School Diploma or Equivalency required. -Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. -Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively and cooperatively with -others. -Previous experience as a translator is highly desirable. -Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
