Job Summary:

• Primary Role: Manage, develop, and lead daily activities of multiple production teams.
• Main Focus: Ensure productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Activities: Manage team members, maintain housekeeping, and achieve production targets.
• Cross-functional Work: Collaborate with various departments to enhance safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Team Guidance: Provide feedback, set expectations, and clarify responsibilities for team members.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Identify training needs, develop, and implement training plans.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Team-Based Work Systems: Understand and implement team work systems to balance customer, individual, and business needs.
• Labor and Employee Relations: Knowledge of employee advocacy, impact on unionization, absenteeism, turnover, and litigation. Implement programs to ensure fair and consistent employee treatment.
• Open Communication: Encourage honest and timely information flow, create an environment for open expression of ideas, and conduct departmental meetings.
• Managing Execution: Delegate tasks, coordinate work efforts, monitor progress, and use planning and monitoring tools to ensure project milestones are met.

• Emergency Management and Response: Prepare for, mitigate, respond to, and recover from emergencies, understanding incident command systems, and developing response plans.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: MUST have at least 10 years of experience as a Warehouse manager and a Bachelor's Degree.
