The Role…
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals through ride alongs, training sessions and one-on-ones
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
