Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the timely dispatch of our fleet. If you have experience in fleet management and possess strong organizational skills, we want to hear from you.

Duties:
- Utilize transportation management systems to coordinate and dispatch vehicles efficiently
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
- Monitor routes and adjust as needed to optimize efficiency
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving departments to schedule inbound and outbound shipments
- Utilize GPS and other tracking systems to monitor vehicle locations
- Handle incoming calls on phone systems related to dispatching
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities

Experience:
- Previous experience in dispatching or transportation management
- Proficiency in utilizing PCS or similar software
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
