Job Summary:
Join our team as a Barista and be a part of creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of coffee beverages while providing top-notch customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: $21-$23 (includes base pay and expected tips)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos with precision and quality.
- Take customer orders accurately and deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment proficiently and maintain cleanliness and organization at the coffee station.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies to ensure availability for customer orders.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required to support kitchen operations.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional food and beverage items to customers.
- Maintain a tidy and well-organized work area to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the food industry or as a barista is advantageous.
- Proficient math skills for cash handling, making change accurately, and retail math calculations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while paying attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Strong multitasking abilities with effective task prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
