L&H Companies is Hiring a Field Installation Technician Near Reading, PA
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Installation of both non-electrical and electrical signs such as poles, pylon, monuments, channel letters, ADA, lobby signs, and more.
- Perform tasks with minimal general supervision while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Demonstrate and maintain safety practices.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Possess a Class A or B CDL or willing to obtain one.
- A valid driver’s License.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
- Physical strength and stamina, ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Good balance and hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable working at various heights
- General knowledge of hardware and hand power tools
- The ability to read, interpret and follow installation drawings.
- The ability to work outside of regular business hours if/when needed.
- Willing to be trained in other areas of the business.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Must be able to work as part of a Team.
- Possess an OSHA 10/30 Certification or willing to obtain one.
- The ability to work in all weather conditions and in confined spaces.
