Position Summary:  

Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and team development? Join our Popeyes family as an Assistant Manager and play a pivotal role in driving success for our restaurant. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading by example, and ensuring exceptional service for our guests. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and budget management. 
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve high standards of performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as local health and safety regulations. 
  • Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed. 
  • Monitor food quality and safety standards to maintain consistency and freshness. 
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation, ordering, and tracking. 
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development. 
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting. 

Qualifications:  

  • Must be at least 18 years old. 
  • Previous experience in restaurant management, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 
  • Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the restaurant. 
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. 
  • Manual dexterity for operating equipment and handling inventory.
